The operation, for a total amount of 1.4 million euros, has had the participation of strategic industrial partners and a family office, articulating itself through a capital increase with the formalization of a partner agreement, among other commercial agreements.
Remo Capital has fully coordinated the transaction, playing a key role both in the legal and financial structuring and in the selection of strategic investors that will accompany SellBoost in its next expansion phase.
