The operation includes the purchase of several industrial buildings strategicallylocated in the Polygon of Carballo, an industrial zone of reference that offers logistical and operational advantages for the expansion of Induplan.
The transaction has been structured withICO financingand has had the collaboration of Sabadell Bank, optimizing both the financial terms and the financing conditions to maximize the return on investment.
