Remo Capital, a private capital fund specialized in investments in strategic sectors such as Real Estate, renewable energies and technology startups, has led and coordinated the investment in the development of the Brassie Villas residential complex, an ambitious real estate project made up of 50 high-value homes ADDED.

The operation, whose total value exceeds 25 million euros, has had the participation of several strategic, local and industrial partners. Likewise, the Urbanitae Fund, participatory real estate financing platform, has participated in the project through the contribution of more than 2.7 million euros through collective investment. The BBVA financial entity has provided the main bank financing.

From Remo Capital, they have declared: “Brassie Villas is a clear example of how we structure complex operations with legal certainty and a vision of profitability. We have brought together strategic partners, financers and institutional capital to carry out a solid and well-planned project from its origin”.

The investment is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, with a high return expected for all investors involved, thanks to the strategic location of the asset, the quality of development and the efficiency of the financial model.

This operation consolidates Remo Capital as a relevant player in the structured real estate investment segment, capable of leading complex projects through the combination of capital, legal structure and long-term financial vision.
